Prices 2026

1. Start-up Fee – €290 (VAT included) (Price in DKK: 2200)

One-time payment that activates your Sprint Search. Includes:

• Analysis of your profile, needs and budget
• Definition of a personalized strategy
• 15 days of intensive searching
• Contact with more than 50 real estate companies and new developments
• Viewings of apartments that meet your requirements

2. Success Fee

• • For properties under 15,000 DKK/month: €190 (VAT included) – Price in Dkk: 1450
  • For properties of 15,000 DKK/month or more: 10% of one month’s rent (VAT included)

This payment is only made when you accept a property that we have found for you.

Includes:

• Support during the whole process
• Professional review of the contract in Danish
• Detailed explanation in Spanish or English
• Guidance on changing the electricity account holder and address in your CPR
• Advice on signing safely and verifying the landlord to avoid possible cases of scams

What if I need more time?

With the Sprint method, you can take advantage of the best opportunities, which usually appear during the first few days. However, it is possible to continue beyond the initial 15 days if we consider it appropriate.
