And once you have selected your new-to-be  home:

• Contract revision (take note that will be written on Danish due law requirements)
• Orientation on utilities registration and CPR address process.
• Active Scam vigilance to minimize the risk of fraud.

We don´t offer:

• Visitations on your behalf or physical companion to them.  (We can offer you this service, separately, please ask us for more information)
• As of November 2022, due to the lack of success received by the application, we will stop using Boligportal as a search engine.

PRICES 2023

180€ (1350Dkk) just after case acceptance + 180€ (1350Dkk) as soon we have found your property.

(Total price 360€ ~ 2700Dkk)

On the case you found your apartment by other means, completely without our involvement, we will not charge the second concept of 180€ (1350 DKK)
